Skilled Nursing Services
Our Skilled Nursing care is provided by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. This care may include medication set-up or administration, insulin injections, wound care, catheter care, or general nursing assessment to name a few.
Personal Care Services
It can be frightening and painful to see a loved one lose the ability to care for him or herself. Maybe you have noticed that your loved one hasn't had a bath for a while or is always wearing stained, dirty clothes. Personal Care Services include assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, transferring and positioning, toileting and incontinence care. It may also include assistance with taking blood pressure or offering medication reminders.
Respite Services
The pressures and high demands of caring for someone chronically ill or aging can be overwhelming. Caregivers are often so busy caring for others that they tend to neglect their own needs. Respite Services are designed to provide caregivers with personal time to run errands, go shopping, or get some much-needed rest.
Homemaker Services
Perhaps you've noticed that your loved one's home has become much more messy than it used to be or when you open the refrigerator, there is hardly any food inside. Homemaker Services include things like meal preparation, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, laundry and incidental transportation.
Companion / Sitter Services
Social contact is proven to enhance the health, happiness and quality of one's life. Companion / Sitter Services are designed for safety, supervision and social interaction with your loved one.
structured family caregiving
The Structured Family Caregiving program (SFC) offers financial and support services to Georgia families that deliver care at home for a senior or disabled person. You may meet SFC requirements and be eligible for financial compensation if you live with the person as the primary caregiver, are related biologically as a daughter, grandson, etc. or are related through marriage as a daughter-in-law, son-in-law, etc., and the person you take care of is Georgia Medicaid-eligible and participates under The Elderly & Disabled Waiver Program.
